We had a great day yesterday with Harold from Elite Force Safety completing our Mental Health First Aid training. For some this was a refresher to build on existing knowledge and for some this was new ground but we all learned a lot and feel more confident in our roles moving forward. This is vital training which will allow us to not only better support our families, but also support one another.
