In Memory of Andy Taylor

It is with sadness that we share the news that Andy Taylor, one of our volunteers, died suddenly on 30th May 2021.

“Andy joined Family First in October 2019. He had a clear passion for supporting others and wanting to make a difference…Andy supported two single Dads and we saw a real positive difference in their family’s lives. He was so quick to find common ground…and his gentle, encouraging nature allowed them to achieve their goals.” Sarah Stapleton, Service Lead, Family First.

As a team we will greatly miss Andy, and we send our love and prayers to his family and friends. His family has asked that in his memory people donate to the work of Family First through a dedicated Just Giving page

We commit as a team to carry on the work that Andy felt so passionately about, supporting parents in Ipswich and transforming families lives.

Wills Month- June 2021

Family First is honoured to have been nominated by Clare Barlow, a partner at Christchurch Solicitors, Ipswich to benefit from a will writing service between 1-30th June 2021, in exchange for a suggested donation.

It is estimated that 7 out of 10 people in Britain do not yet have a will, this can make things very difficult at an already delicate time, by making a will you can ensure your loved ones are provided for after you’ve gone

Need more information about this offer? Please email sarah.stapleton@familyfirst-uk.org or contact Christchurch Solicitors at jwilson@christchurchlaw.co.uk
