Parenting courses

We run two parenting programs, primary years and teenage years. The courses are designed by a national charity, Care for The Family. Each course runs for 6 weeks, 2 hours per session, and covers common issues that most parents experience during the different age ranges. The course is DVD and discussion based so you don’t need to worry about there being any writing or reading to complete. The courses are facilitated by one of our experienced Family Coordinators and a Family Volunteer. The course was created by Care for the Family and seeks to give parents and carers greater confidence in their ability to parent. We all learn together through talking and sharing with one another. We hope by the end of the course you will have made a friend or two as well!
