Administrative Assistant Required for 6 hrs p/w


Family First are a local Christian charity whose aim is to support families to flourish and manage the challenges of everyday life. We provide support through matching families with volunteers to listen, support and encourage them to make long term, sustainable changes to their lives.

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to undertake office duties ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. This position will based in our office at The Orwell Centre 114 Fore Hamlet IP3 8AF and will be for 6 hours per week working 9am – 12pm Mondays and Fridays. It will be offered on a self-employed basis at a competitive hourly rate.

Key duties will include dealing with correspondence, ensuring data and paperwork are kept up to date, assisting with HR tasks including recruitment and training of volunteers and preparing promotional materials for events, website and social media accounts.
