Family First is a registered charity and we provide all our services for free. We do not receive any finance from statutory bodies and are currently supported through grant funding. We also aim to raise funds through events such as quiz nights and sponsored walks.

We really value regular giving as it helps us plan how our work can grow. It costs on average £20 a week to provide a volunteer to support a family.

Could you help the work of Family First by sponsoring a family?

Could you help fund the cost of a parenting course?

£20 will contribute towards carrying out one visit

£30 will enable us to run one parenting course session for up to 15 parents

£100 will contribute towards visiting a family over an average month

£180 would enable us to run a parenting course for 6 weeks for up to 15 parents

£500 will contribute towards visiting a family for 6 months

£1000 will contribute to the funds required to support one family for a year
